We are a Kent-based property developer with a dedicated construction company, RM Brookes Ltd, which provides the flexibility to tailor its homes to each buyer’s preferences. 

As part of our mission to develop sustainable and community-grounded homes, we draw upon a  regular pool of local Kent contractors. They work closely with our design team, which comprises local consultants with a long history of collaboration. 

This locally oriented, buyer-friendly approach lies at the heart of our work, and we’re proud to offer home development that contributes to Kent communities in a meaningful way.  Moreover, we care deeply about our buyers’ comfort and well-being, which is why we strive to understand their aspirations and goals for each custom home.
